Twitter purchase. He had recently purchase Twitter for $44 billion. The deal
was completed on October 28, 2022.

Elon Musk is not the sole buyer of Twitter. He invites many partners
to join his Twitter deal to take Twitter private; including Binance, Ron Baron’s
BAMCO, Andreessen Horowitz, Jack Dorsey, and Prince Alwaleed bin Tala bin
Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia.
Elon Musk has brought 50 Tesla engineers to help him work on
Twitter. Those engineers are working on reviewing Twitter code.
