Nikolai Mushegian founded dead in Puerto
Rico. The local news outlet El Nuevo Dia
reported that Mushegian had been swept away by sea current. Conando Beach
in San Juan has known for strong undercurrent. His body was founded and dragged
from the current, his dead caused by drowning. He
was only 29 years old.

He was the co-founder of MakerDao, the biggest decentralized finance protocol.

“Nikolai was one of the only people in the early
days of Ethereum and smart contracts who was able to predict the possibility of
smart contract hacks and invented the security-oriented approach to smart
contract design we know today. Maker would have been toast without him“.

He was one of the Dai developer. A
decentralized stablecoin uses for MakerDao and Maker Protocol. Dai has been
used for DeFi as a way to take out loan as collaterals.
Dai has the market capitalization of $6
billion.
