He is a prominent figure in the field of AI. He has contributed many technologies relating to AI. He co-founded 2 AI companies including DeepMind and Inflection AI.
DeepMind is a British artificial
intelligence company focuses on the development of machine learning and deep
learning. It was acquired by Alphabet the parent company of Google for $400
million in 2014.
Inflection AI, Inc. is artificial
intelligence company focuses on the development of machine learning and
generative AI.
Nadella also brought in Karen Simonyan,
the inventor of AlphaZero and co-founder and CTO of Inflection AI to help build
Microsoft AI division.
Mustafa Suleyman resigned from DeeMind
in 2019 and left Google in 2022. He later founded an AI company called
Inflection and by 2023 it has grown into a company worth $4 billion.
Mustafa has a deep understanding of AI.
He understands the benefit of AI and bad side of making a machine in the
likeness of a human mind. He wants AI to be aligned with the benefit of
humankind.
