2024, Semler Scientific purchased 215 bitcoins for $17.7 million in cash at an

purchase price of these holdings stands at $88.7 million, with an average
acquisition price of $69,682 per bitcoin.

Under its Controlled Equity Offering
Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Semler Scientific raised
$21.5 million through the sale of 505,544 shares of common stock. The
agreement, part of a $50 million at-the-market (ATM) offering registered in
August 2024, reflects strong investor confidence in the company's strategy.
BTC Yield Adoption and Performance
Semler Scientific achieved a BTC Yield
of 18.9% from October 1 to November 15, 2024, and an impressive 37.3% since
adopting its bitcoin treasury strategy in July 2024. BTC Yield, a KPI that
measures the percentage change in the ratio of bitcoin holdings to diluted
shares outstanding, underscores the company's approach to using equity capital
for accretive bitcoin investments.
