After the ex-CEO of FTX had pressed Chapter 11’s release, Ben Armstrong, Creator of BitBoy Crypto. The author of “Catching Up to Crypto” declared that “Crypto is not dead, no matter what happens with”

He refers to Mt. Gox’s collapse, one of the giant Bitcoin exchanges once upon a time, he also mentioned to the crypto market has survived and grown later.


Throwback to January 2014, Mt. Gox a giant trading exchange had been hacked at the largest time as the number of losses valued at 840,000 BTC, brought Mt. Gox’s bankruptcy.  On the other hand, a few months Bitcoin’s prices had done all-time high record at $1,100 under Mt.Gox’s operating by more than 90%.


After the attack, bitcoin prices dropped as much as 85% to their lowest point in January 2015, almost a full year after that. According to 2022, Bitcoin lost over 76% of its value in a year, down significantly from an all-time high of $69,000 in November 2021.
